PHOTOTHON is the flagship photography contest of the School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL)’s Inspired Leadership Conference 2013. We encourage you to leverage the power your third eye to capture some of the innovative and inspiring moments of your life.

 

THEME: India. Innovate. Inspire.

 

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?

Simple. Click a picture based on the provided theme. Provide a brief description of not more than 200 words on how the picture connects with at least two out of the three aspects of the theme.

After Registration, send in your entries (photograph with description) to  photothon@soilindia.net

 

That’s it !! Once your photo is received, it would be uploaded on our Facebook page within 24 hours (your photo link would be emailed to you)

 

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Photothon is open to all and a participant can only send 1 entry.

2. Photographs may be in Colour or Black and White, and in digital format (JPEG, TIFF only).

3. Minor colour correction and cropping is allowed. Major treatments to the photograph must be avoided.

4. Photographs must be originally taken by contestant and must not constitute any infringement or fraud. In that case the entry of the contestant would be rejected without any clarification or notice to the contestant.

5. Photographs, in entirety, must be a single work of the sender and by submitting a photograph the sender confirms that the work is original and belongs solely to the entrant and no other person or institute.

6. The photograph must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.

7. The organizing committee reserves the right to change the venue/time/rules if required.

JUDGEMENT CRITERIA

Photo & description – 75% weightage

No. of likes your photo receives on Photothon’s Facebook page – 25% weightage

 

Entries must be sent latest by 22nd September midnight. No entry will be accepted after this timeline.
