The School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), a B-school with an educational philosophy founded on the five pillars of mindfulness, ethics, compassion, sustainability and diversity, is currently the hub of  research, teaching and other activity related to inspired leadership. The school is now in the fifth year of its existence. Annually it holds an inspired leadership conference. It has so far organized four such conferences. It is now happy to announce its fifth annual inspired leadership conference.

 

Turbulent times are characterized by ambiguity and uncertainty. It has been seen time and again that Innovation is the key to success in turbulent times. But the fundamental question is; what cultivates innovation and what are the necessary ingredients to foster innovation? Our endeavor through this conference is to understand the finer nuances of leadership that people & organizations require to nurture innovation and succeed in turbulent times.
